We usually reply to your messages by the next working day at the latest. In urgent cases, you can reach us via our direct mobile phone number. This number will be communicated to you before your arrival.

All requests and questions can therefore be answered and resolved within a short time. So nothing stands in the way of your perfect holiday.

Check-in is available to our valued guests from 3 pm.

It is essential that you complete the online check-in before your arrival.

It is imperative that you complete online check-in at least 6 hours before your arrival. Please fill in everything correctly and only use the mobile phone number and e-mail address you have provided. this is the only way we can arrange everything smoothly and correctly for your arrival.

On the day of check-out, you will be asked to vacate your flat by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are only possible by prior arrangement. Please understand that check-in before 3 pm is not possible without prior agreement.

A total of 6 free parking spaces are available directly at the apartment building. Please understand that we cannot make advance reservations.

The "first come-first serve" principle applies. However, there are also numerous free car parks in the immediate vicinity. (Example Leuschnerstraße) You can park directly in front of the apartment building to load and unload your vehicle. There are 3 public charging points directly at the René Bohn Hotel for charging your electric vehicle.

A spacious cellar compartment is available to our long-term guests for the duration of their stay. You can use this during your visit to Ludwigshafen.

You will receive a key for the cellar lock on request. Please let us know your requirements in advance. This is also a wonderful opportunity to store your luggage after check-out and make the most of your departure day.

Important note on the use of the digital key. Before you can use the key, online check-in must be completed.

This digital key transmits via a radio signal.

Please note that the transponder can only receive the radio signal if you are standing in front of the respective door that can be opened.

If you are out of range, no opening is possible.

The tastefully and fully furnished kitchens will delight every amateur cook. There are also 2 bakeries in the immediate vicinity. You are also welcome to enjoy a superlative breakfast in the adjacent BASF Hotel René Bohn. You can request

Please note that free cleaning of your booked flat depends on the rental period. Please refer to the respective booked prices for detailed information on the cleaning cycle. A one-off cleaning is only included for monthly bookings. This means that bookings of 28 nights or more will have their flat cleaned once a month. Additional cleaning intervals can be booked. The cleaning will then take place in consultation with you on the desired day. You will also receive fresh bed linen and towels every 7 days free of charge. (on request)

In every apartment you will find a washing machine and in some cases a washer-dryer. Also for drying on the balcony, clothes horse. You can also find laundries in the surrounding area.

All apartments have a balcony or terrace. Apartments with type A have small balconies, apartments type B have spacious balconies while apartments type C have very spacious terraces. All balconies and terraces have seating facilities....

You live just a few minutes' drive from Ludwigshafen and Mannheim city centre. Ludwigshafen main station and BASF Süd are easy to reach by public transport.

The beautiful old town of Heidelberg and the marvellous wine route are also practically on your doorstep. Industriestraße is less than a 5-minute drive away and offers an ideal location for supermarkets, drugstores and much more.

Our attractive location in the attractive Hemshof nightlife district invites you to relax and enjoy. But lovers of culinary delights are not left out either. Gastronomy offers a very diverse range of different lunch and dining concepts. But also the Palatinate cuisine is not neglected in traditional restaurants.

Nearby there is also the Ebertpark for a jog in the morning. But also a pharmacy, a bakery, a gym and also a stop to the public transport are only a few minutes walk away. .
