We place great importance on adhering to rules. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read the following rules and follow them during your stay at Living Apartments. In the event of a rule violation, we will be forced to take appropriate action, depending on the circumstances.
1. **Prostitution**
Commercial prostitution is prohibited. Any form of prostitution or similar service to persons for payment is strictly forbidden. Drastic measures will be taken in case of violation. The digital key will be deactivated immediately, and you will no longer have access to the building or apartment. Any violation will be reported to the police immediately and a criminal complaint will be filed. We will impose a fine of €10,000 for any offense. You will be reported to your booking portal and blocked from further inquiries.
2. **Cameras**
For the safety of all residents, cameras are installed in the entrance area. By signing below, you agree to this.

3. **inventory**
The equipment must be treated with care; any dismantling or even willful destruction will be charged accordingly.

4. **Number of people**
Compliance with the registered number of guests** During the booking process, you must specify the correct number of guests. Only the number of people registered may stay in the Living Apartments. Any discrepancies in the number of guests must be reported to us immediately via email or WhatsApp. Illegal "sleeping quarters" by construction workers or similar are considered a violation of the rules and will be prosecuted. Any visitors must be registered immediately.

5. **Parking**
A total of 6 free parking spaces are available directly at the apartment building along Graebestraße 16. (Private parking spaces no. 57-62 (1-6)) Please understand that we cannot accept advance reservations. You may stop directly in front of the apartment building for quick loading and unloading. Parking in the courtyard is prohibited. Alternatively, there are public parking spaces along
Leuschnerstraße.
6. **Storages**
Due to our fire safety regulations, storing e-bikes and pedelecs (battery-powered vehicles of any kind) in our building is not permitted. We recommend locking your bicycle in the immediate vicinity. Charging such batteries is also prohibited and will result in being banned from the premises if this rule is violated.

7. **Online Check-In**
Check-in is contactless. Online check-in must be completed before arrival and can be done directly from day one after your booking. Please fill in your details correctly, completely, and truthfully. If you do not complete online check-in, you will not be granted access to our apartments. You should have already received an email from us regarding online check-in.
8. **Online Check-Out**
Check-out is contactless. You will receive a message from us at 6:00 AM on your departure day. Once you have left your apartment and no longer need to enter, please complete the online check-out. After completing the online check-out, you will automatically receive your invoice by email. Please note that after completing the online check-out, your door lock will be deactivated and your apartment will be released for cleaning.
9. **Smoking and open fires**
For hygiene and safety reasons, Living Apartments is a non-smoking building. Please smoke on the balconies and ventilate regularly. If this rule is violated, we will charge a special cleaning fee of €150.00.-
No open fires are allowed !!
10.**Rest periods**
For the comfort of all residents, we kindly request quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in being banned from the premises or being blacklisted.
11. **Garbage disposal**
Please observe the applicable waste separation rules. All waste bins are located near the apartments (in the courtyard). Glass bottles must be disposed of in a separate glass recycling container (located on Leuschnerstraße). Any violation will be subject to a fine of up to €1000 by city enforcement officers. Please be sure to comply with this regulation.
12. **Pets**
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the Living Apartments. Only in exceptional circumstances are pets permitted for an additional fee. This apartment will be thoroughly cleaned after departure.

Late departures or early arrivals** must be reported immediately so that we can assist you with your request.
14** Consent**
Please note that by signing this document you agree to these rules and will abide by them.
